These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between zbin.bet ("Zbin", "we", "the Platform") and each individual who uses its services ("user", "member", "you").

By using Zbin's website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

The following requirements must be met to open an account with Zbin:

If a withdrawal request is deemed suspicious, Zbin may take up to 72 hours to carry out additional verification. It is the user's responsibility to wait during this period.

• Bonuses are available to eligible users only — those registered with multiple accounts or false information will not qualify.
• Wagering requirements for the welcome bonus typically range from 10x to 30x.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• Some bonuses are only valid for use on specific games.
• If any bonus abuse is detected, the account will be suspended.

Zbin reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer. However, bonuses that have already been activated are generally not affected.

The following general rules apply to all types of betting on Zbin:

• Fraudulent conduct or threats directed at other members.
• Accessing the service from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.

Zbin may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Temporary suspension pending investigation if a terms violation is suspected.
• Withdrawals and large bets blocked pending completion of KYC verification.
• If an account has had no activity for an extended period (12+ months).
• Self-exclusion or permanent closure at the member's own request.

Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
